Link meant to be in Marvel Ultimate Alliance?

Zelda Power has found what is believed to be the final box artwork for the upcoming game, The Legend of Zelda : Spirit Tracks. They also report that both Amazon UK and HMV point towards a release date of December 4th 2009.
