The official Japanese Zelda Skyward Sword website has added plenty of new material such as screenshots (the same ones IGN has posted), information and the world map of Skyloft and the Surface World (Hyrule). What is most interesting from this map in my opinion is how large the other three land masses are compared to Skyloft. It has been said Skyloft is a very huge area, so compared to the three provinces in Hyrule it would appear the island is very small. So although, it was also said Link won’t be able to explore throughout Hyrule as a whole as he will be able to in the sky world, it is very nice to see that the world below is very huge giving the player to explore the three areas as if they were continents of their own, much like how Hyrule was setup in The Adventure of Link.
