Kikwi Plushie

If you’re just like me and love to make, find and hug video game inspired plushies, this might just be your lucky day. Reddit user White-Bunnies have made a Kikwi plushie. All of you familiar with Skyward Sword probably knows that this is the adorable race that you can find in the Faron Woods. Personally, I think it looks really well done and I wouldn’t mind doing one myself if I got the time and the material to do one. I think it’s really creative. What do you think?

Also, I’d to add that there seems to be some kind of trouble with linking on WordPress. Sorry.. I’ll see if I can get the link up to the creator of the plushie can get some credit, but for now, I’ll just put up the URL here to the sources if you’re interested in reading the orginal article at ZD and finding the creator. Again, sorry!

Need Help With Skyward Sword?

First off I’d like to say sorry for the lack of updates here at ZC, the staff (including myself) have been very busy with priorities outside the website, but I will not go into detail on that matter. Nonetheless, frequent updates should be resuming rather soon. We are also slowly working on getting Skyward Sword guides online at the moment, I plan on getting everything up as soon as possible. Our walkthrough is not going as originally planned, but it will be live eventually as well.

On that note, in the mean time check out our partner Zelda Dungeon for their exclusive and in depth walkthrough if you need some guidance in Skyward Sword. Otherwise, we will be happy to answer any questions you have concerning the game, whether you are stuck somewhere or need to find that last heart piece. You can do so by commenting below or sending us an email here at thezeldahchronicles@gmail.com. We will try our best to provide a solution for you as soon as possible!

Working on the Skyward Sword Walkthrough

Hello guys! Haven’t been too active here, have I?

Well, both me and Crono are working on the Skyward Sword section as mentioned before, and I still haven’t beat Skyward Sword yet, so I have been working hard on that. There haven’t been too many news right now as SS is released all over the world now. All of you lucky owners out there knows how enormous the world is in SS and that there are a lot of things to explore and do. But, I’m almost done with it and in the end of the game, so no worries here. My impressions will probably be up this weekend, depending on how long time the walkthrough takes for me to do and if I completed the game soon. What can I say, I’m slow, sorry. Anyway, I’m doing the Skyloft – Skyview Temple section right now and almost done with the Skyloft part, so I will continue working on it. It will be up soon hopefully.

And you people like me that haven’t completed the game yet AND owns the game, what are you doing here on the Interwebz? Tssssk, go to your Wii and play it now..

Skyward Sword Content – Shield Upgrades

We have added a full section dedicated to the shields and their upgrades versions for Zelda Skyward Sword. There are basically three types of shields Link will find and upgrade during his quest and we have provided you all with a guide on how to obtain each shield and the treasures required to upgrade that shield. However, we have not listed on how and where to upgrade and find the final shields as it will spoil the game for you, but in a few days when Skyward Sword has official released, we will finish the section.

Skyward Sword Shield Upgrades

Along with that we are currently working on other guides and quests for the game such as the boss guide, heart piece locations, sword upgrades and techniques, other equipment and weapons, collectibles, side quests and of course the walkthrough. So look forward to all that new Skyward Sword guide content in the coming days. You can find all our guides in the menu to your top left of the page.

Skyward Sword commercials and Skyloft!

While looking around on Youtube for any trailers, footage or videos that could interest you, I didn’t find much. Most of it are things that are more then a week old, and I want to give you some fresh news now when it’s only days until we get the game! Just 3 days for Europe, 5 days for America, 8 days for Japan and 9 days for Australia now..

What I did find is a quite new video showing a whole three minutes of Skyloft. Sadly, it’s in Japanese, but it’s fun watching anyway to prepare for the game coming out in a few days! I couldn’t be more excited!

I found a recent Robin Williams Skyward Sword commercial. A little sad as the beard is gone, but it’s still nice.

Here are the Japanese commercials for Skyward Sword. They’re ok, nothing extremly special ‘cept for the Skyward Sword footage, of course. Am I the only one here that wonders what Link does around 0.44? He sits on a tree stump and gets his hearts filled up, but it does look weird. Any clue, guys?

I’ll probably write more later today or tomorrow if I get too busy! Enjoy this in the meanwhile.

Legend of Zelda Video Boss Guide

Over the past couple days, NintendoPro staff member Majora and myself have worked on a video guide for the first Legend of Zelda. I performed the gameplay and Majora added the narration to these videos. This only includes the first quest, but the second quest has essentially the same bosses. Each boss video guide has been added to ZC’s Youtube channel and here on the site as well. This guide will be the first of many video guides, as we will do a little more on LoZ and begin working on The Adventure of Link. You can view that boss guide below or by visiting our official video boss guide page for Legend of Zelda.

On a side note, we are currently working on getting all the Legend of Zelda game sections online, so please bare with us in this process.
